![]() After a couple of months of spring rain we've reached December. It is meant to be summer now but someone forgot to tell the weather! We haven't quite made it to dry days, blue skies and lots of sun shine but what we have got is maybe better. The weather is definitely warmer now and while we have a lot of dark clouds it isn't raining very often. The effect of the cloud is rather stunning though - the light is so intense that it makes the the colours of the lush green pastures incredibly vivid, especially with the dark grey background. Harsh sunlight, moving clouds and wisps of mist combine to make endlessly changing patterns on the bush clad hills, I can (and do) watch the show for hours. It isn''t summer weather yet, but it is pretty special.

Nice picture Penny 1. Good to know things are going OK for you in the south - keep up the good work. We may be down for a visit next year all being well. Cheers. Comments are closed.
